Orders and Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Generally, domestic orders take between 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Creating an account with Cofuo is simple and free! Just follow these steps:
- Go to the Sign Up page on our website.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Fill in your shipping details, including your name and address.
- Click Create Account.
Once your account is set up, you can easily manage your orders, track your shipments, and store your payment details for future purchases.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team at contact@cofuo.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can update the address for you. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Simply click on the tracking link provided in the email, and it will take you to the carrier’s website where you can check the status of your order. You can also log into your Cofuo account to view your order history and track its progress.
For your security and privacy, Cofuo does not store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled by secure third-party services such as PayPal or trusted payment gateways. We do not have access to your credit card details.
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and is applied in accordance with local laws and regulations. If sales tax is applicable to your order, it will be added at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We are proud to offer international shipping! We ship to most countries worldwide. To check if we can deliver to your location, simply add your items to the cart and enter your shipping address during checkout. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified before completing your purchase.
In most cases, your items will arrive in one package. However, if you’ve ordered multiple items or if some items are coming from different warehouses, they may be shipped separately. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your Cofuo watch, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. For more information, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@cofuo.com. We’ll arrange for a return and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us right away at contact@cofuo.com. We may request photos of the damaged item to process your return or exchange. Once confirmed, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide you with the return shipping instructions and a shipping label. Please send the item to the address specified in the return instructions. Be sure to pack the watch securely to avoid any damage during transit.

If you notice that you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@cofuo.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will update the address for you. Unfortunately, if the order is already in transit, we are unable to change the address.
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly, so we may not be able to cancel or modify your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at contact@cofuo.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before it ships.
At this time, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, if an item is out of stock, you can check back later, as we restock popular products regularly. To stay updated, you can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for restock alerts.
