Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your Cofuo watch, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- The watch must not be damaged or altered in any way (e.g., no scratches, marks, or signs of wear).
- The return must include all accessories, tags, and instructions originally included with the product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your Cofuo watch for a different style or size, please follow the same process as for returns. You may exchange your item for one of equal value within the 30-day return window, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund if the item is found to be defective. You may be required to send us photos of the damage or defect for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Watches that have been customized or engraved.
- Products purchased outside the 30-day return window.
